CYDEN HOMES HELPING THE COMMUNITY
Lincolnshire-based award-winning builder Cyden Homes have this week generously gifted their support towards the Skirbeck St Nicholas Community Centre in Boston with a cheque for £2500.
Following the recent successful completion of their development at Pilgrim’s Gate in Wyberton, family-run Cyden Homes have now opened the show home at their latest brand-new development at de Montfort Park off Mill Road in Boston.
Despite agreeing to a raft of financial contributions to local schools and community needs as part of the planning consent for de Montfort Park, Cyden Homes recognised the important role that the nearby Skirbeck St Nicholas Community Centre plays in supporting a variety of local groups.
“In bringing 108 new homes with probably over 300 new people into a community” said Peter bond, Sales Director for Cyden Homes, “we are adding to the demands on local facilities, not all of whom are financially supported through the planning process. We’re therefore delighted make this contribution towards this Community Centre which does an excellent job in helping the wider needs of the local community”
Whilst the first homes at De Montfort Park have now been handed over to new residents, Cyden Homes are currently offering a wide range of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes at the development. Recognised for their award-winning quality and high specifications, Cyden Homes also have new developments at Alford, Brigg, Faldingworth, Grimsby, Humberston, New Waltham and Scartho, with new developments starting soon in Horncastle, Louth and Legbourne.
