National Quality Recognition for Cyden Homes
[Site Manager of the Year Simon Scarbrow]
Laceby-based family-run builders, Cyden Homes, have been recognised as one of the leading builders of high quality homes in the UK again by the LABC with their fifth consecutive regional Site Manager of the Year award and being highly commended at the national LABC awards in London this week.
At the LABC Warranty Site Manager of the Year awards ceremony for 2015, Simon Scarbrow (50) from Lincoln, was recognised for the excellence of his site management at Springfield Meadows in Scartho on receiving the accolade of South Yorkshire Site Manager of the Year and being Highly Commended for the national award. Simon is no stranger to these awards having won twice previously for his work on developments around Grimsby.
“This is the fifth year in a row that Cyden Homes have won regional quality awards and that is a reflection of the efforts of everyone involved in these projects” said Managing Director, Simon Dyson.
Cyden Homes pride themselves on ensuring the highest levels of quality are put into their design, specification, materials, construction and finish whilst trying to create the best possible purchase experience for their customers. Over the last 24 months, every single buyer of a Cyden home have stated in confidential research that they would consider buying from Cyden Homes again and would recommend them to their friends and family.
“The growing reputation of Cyden Homes is something that we want to build on” said Simon, “these awards are testament to the experience and quality of the staff we employ and the trades that work with us. We try and use local materials, local employees and local trades wherever viable. And to know that we have the best Site Management, when compared to the management of some top-class developments across this area, is something we can be proud of.”
Springfield Meadows is situated within walking distance of Scartho village in Grimsby and the last remaining 4 bedroom detached homes are now available for occupation. Bordered by established trees and hedges, the development is fronted by a recreational green and there are currently a range of brand-new homes on offer from £204950 to £227000. The development also qualifies for the Government-assisted Help to Buy scheme that is proving so popular in enabling customers to purchase brand-new homes affordably.
Simon is now moving onto the prestigious Pingley Park near Brigg, where he will be building 29 architect-designed 4 bedroom homes in a superb rural location.
Cyden Homes are also currently developing their award-winning 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes at Pelham Heights on Scartho Top and at The Quarter in the grounds of Diane, Princess of Wales Hospital.
New developments that are currently on stream also include Ellen Way, New Waltham, Par 3 in Humberston, The Pavilions in Faldingworth and Pingley Park near Brigg. Whilst details are soon to be revealed for new developments in Boston and Scartho.
