Quality Co-ordinator                          

Cyden Homes are looking for experienced Quality Co-ordinators to undertake quality control and snagging inspections on new build properties across North and South Lincolnshire.

Skills required: -

Flexibility – the role requires the ability to work in an adaptive and fast-moving fluid environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels
Excellent time management & work planning skills.
High attention to detail and a keen eye for improvement
The ability to manage own workload in line with build program demands
Sound knowledge of the building/construction trade. (Desirable)
Knowledge of warranty provider standards, NHBC/LABC (Desirable).
IT literate (Excel level 3 desirable) with experience of data reporting.
Full UK driving Licence

Job Specifics: -

Good rate of pay.
Full in-house training will be provided
Full-time position(s) - (Monday to Friday)
Company vehicle provided.
