Technical Administrator

Cyden Homes are seeking a Technical Administrator to undertake the day to day admin requirements of the Technical Department.

Skills required:

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Team player with active involvement in the technical department and wider workforce to meet overall company targets
  • Have good IT skills including Microsoft Word/Excel and ideally Auto Cad (but not essential as training shall be given)
  • The ability to manage workload, identify specific priorities and meet targets
  • High attention to detail and ability to communicate where improvements to systems could be made
  • Full UK Driving License

Job Specifics:

  • The control, management, issue and recording of working drawings/specifications to site
  • Manage and maintain digital and paper copy filing systems for the technical department
  • Liaison with site and internal departments for the issue of information and drawings
  • Liaison with Local Authorities for street naming and numbering applications
  • Assist in the management of Building Regulations applications and registrations
  • Obtain and manage the issue of completion certificates, warranties and compliance certificates
  • To provide general administration duties to the technical and construction departments

Pay dependent on experience

Full Time Position (Monday to Friday)
