Grimsby Business News. Simon Dyson is heading up Cyden Homes, where the first sales have recently been completed as several contemporary schemes are now realised across northern Lincolnshire. Formerly joint managing director of Chartdale Homes, which was founded by his father Geoff, Mr Dyson has brought together no fewer than nine former colleagues as he looks to build on the family ethics and fundamental beliefs of quality design and build that were instilled in the previous business. Grimsby Evening Telegraph. A building company has Cleethorpes in its sights with plans for a 34-house development. Developers Cyden Homes has submitted plans for the resort, which will see the homes built on two-and-a-half acres of land off Cottesmore Road, on the Belvoir Road estate off Taylors Avenue.
