Wrawby lies 1½ miles north east of Brigg in North Lincolnshire. The ancient village of Wrawby is known to have been the site of a settlement from as early as Roman times.
Standing as it does on a small hill, Wrawby is distinctive for its windmill, clear against the skyline on the approach to Brigg along the A18. It is only 1.8 miles from Brigg Railway station and 2.1 miles from Barnetby le Wold station.
There is also a new service bus route - the '68 Wolds Villager' connecting Brigg to Barnetby and Kirmington. It runs to a timetable picking up and dropping off every 30 minutes (approximately) which can be varied to allow for diversions away from a set route to pick up and set down passengers.
