Stallingborough is a village and settlement, which has grown up along Station Road. It lies on the outskirts of Grimsby and has become popular as a residential village due to its rural location yet proximity to local industry and the towns of Immingham and Grimsby.
The village also has excellent schooling facilities. There have been a number of housing developments in recent years, which have increased the size of the village supporting local facilities within detriment to the development envelope.
The development lies on the southern edge of the Stallingborough, the north of the development is bounded by Station Road and the southern edge by the B1210 main arterial route between Grimsby and Immingham. Stallingbrough Lodge Nursing Home sits to the north of the development area.

There is a Primary School (Stallingborough C.E. Primary) within easy walking distance of the development (700m) and also the provision of a private school (The Children’s House) and nursery (Montessori), within 900m. Secondary Schools are available in either Healing or Immingham.
The development is within 100m of a Local Centre having a Paper/General Convenience Store, Hairdressers and Seamstress and a Post Office/Convenience store within 500m. There is also a Public House within 800m.
Playing field and recreation facilities are within 300m of the development and the Village Hall supporting the community within 200m.
The development is well served by means of frequent public transport; 600m to the Railway Station and 50m to the bus service pick up point. The bus service picks up at the Stallingborough roundabout and runs regularly to the Town centre of both Grimsby and Immingham.
