About Cyden Homes

Cyden Homes was set up by Simon Dyson following the sale of Chartdale Homes by his father. Simon wanted to continue in the family tradition of developing quality new homes and created Cyden Homes in 2006. Simon’s vision was to develop a business based on the successful values and principles adopted by Chartdale Homes coupled the desire to create quality new homes which would cater for contemporary and ever changing life styles.

This together with the choice of desirable locations and the delivery of exceptional levels of value for money and an unrivalled customer service approach provide the foundations of Cyden Homes.
