Cyden Homes have been awarded the opportunity to offer FirstBuy scheme, along with less than 100 other builders in the country, announced in the governments March 2011 budget. With less than 2000 homes within the whole of the North East, Yorkshire and Humber regions will be eligible for the scheme so premature interest and registration is recommended.

This equity loan scheme is a fantastic opportunity intended to help first time buyers struggling with the need for a large deposit as well as being open to those who are wanting to re-enter the housing market after a break down in a relationship.
